{"id":4339,"date":"2018-09-10T21:06:20","date_gmt":"2018-09-10T21:06:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.aziza.com.ng\/read\/?p=4339"},"modified":"2024-11-10T11:23:17","modified_gmt":"2024-11-10T11:23:17","slug":"dpr-permit-for-blending-and-lubricants-filling-plant-in-nigeria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.aziza.com.ng\/read\/dpr-permit-for-blending-and-lubricants-filling-plant-in-nigeria\/","title":{"rendered":"DPR PERMIT FOR BLENDING AND LUBRICANTS FILLING PLANT IN NIGERIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">HOW TO GET DPR PERMIT FOR THIRD\u00a0PARTY BLENDING AND LUBRICANTS FILLING PLANT<\/h4>\n<p>This procedure guide is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum (Amendment)\u00a0Decree No. 37 of 1977 section 4(1) which stipulates that, no person shall import, store, sell or\u00a0distribute any petroleum products in Nigeria without a license granted by the Director of\u00a0Petroleum Resources.<\/p>\n<p>Dpr Permit Application Requirements For Third\u00a0Party Blending And Lubricants Filling Plant In Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>All applications for approval of Third Party Blending Operations shall be made by on\u00a0the Company\u2019s letter headed paper and forwarded to the Director, Department of\u00a0Petroleum Resources or any of its offices nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aziza.com.ng\/register-company-business-registration-service-nigeria\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Click for Company Registration Service in Nigeria<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Each application shall be accompanied by the following documents:<\/p>\n<p>i) A copy of valid lube blending plant license for the blending company where the\u00a0lubricants are to the blended.<br \/>\nii) A copy Storage and Sales license for lubricants of applicant (this itemizes the various\u00a0retailing or distribution outlets for the blended lubricants)<br \/>\niii) A copy of Certificate of registration of Trade Names and Identification under which\u00a0the applicant intends to market the lubricants from Ministry of Trade &amp; Investment.<br \/>\niv) Payment of Processing fee of Seventy-Five Thousand Naira (N75,000) Only for Third\u00a0Party Approval application.<br \/>\nv) Third Party Agreement between the applicant and the blending company stating the\u00a0following details:<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 Total quantity in litres of lubricants to be blended broken downs into\u00a0respective grades.<br \/>\n\u2713 Quality specification of lubricants to be blended<br \/>\n\u2713 Blending Laycan<\/p>\n<p>Permit Approval Processes<br \/>\nUpon receipt of the above requirements and a satisfactory review of the constituent\u00a0submissions, the Department shall grant approval for the Third-Party Blending\u00a0operation.<\/p>\n<p>The approval shall however be subject to the following conditions:<br \/>\n\u2713 Approval shall have a validity period of 180 days<br \/>\n\u2713 All third party blended batches must carry a quality\/quantity certificate which\u00a0must be endorsed by a DPR representative before the blended batch leaves\u00a0the blending plant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aziza.com.ng\/dpr-permits-registration-services\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Click for DPR Permits Services<\/span><\/a><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Lubricant Filling Plant\u00a0Application requirements<\/h3>\n<p>All applications for Approval to Construct Lubricant Filling Plant shall be made by on\u00a0the Company\u2019s letter headed paper and forwarded to the Director, Department of\u00a0Petroleum Resources or any of its offices nationwide.<br \/>\nEach application shall be accompanied by the following documents:<br \/>\n\u2713 Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) \u2013 Copy of Certificate\u00a0of Incorporation.<br \/>\n\u2713 A Certified True Copy of Company\u2019s Memorandum and Articles of Association<br \/>\n\u2713 Current Tax Clearance Certificate of Company<br \/>\n\u2713 A Proof of Ownership of land where filling plant is to be sited.<br \/>\n\u2713 A letter from appropriate Town Planning Authority, authorizing the siting of the filling\u00a0plant at the proposed site.<br \/>\n\u2713 A Certified Copy of Land Survey Map.<br \/>\n\u2713 A copy of proposed layout drawings of the filling plant showing relative distances (in\u00a0meters) of various units within the plant and the interrelationship with adjoining\u00a0properties.<br \/>\n\u2713 Evidence of Payment of the Prescribed Application fee of Two Hundred and Fifty\u00a0Thousand Naira (N250,000) Only payable via DPR online payment platform.<br \/>\n\u2713 Submit the filling plant engineering design details showing interface with associated\u00a0auxiliaries<\/p>\n<p>Upon submission of the above, a Site Suitability Inspection Exercise shall be conducted by\u00a0the responsible DPR Department.<\/p>\n<p>The DPR shall grant an Approval to Construct\/Install the filling plant upon satisfactory\u00a0appraisal of the above submission.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Source:\u00a0DEPARTMENT OF PETROLEUM RESOURCES<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HOW TO GET DPR PERMIT FOR THIRD\u00a0PARTY BLENDING AND LUBRICANTS FILLING PLANT This procedure guide is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum (Amendment)\u00a0Decree No. 37 of 1977 section 4(1) which stipulates that, no person shall import, store, sell or\u00a0distribute any petroleum products in Nigeria without a license granted by the Director of\u00a0Petroleum Resources.
