The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) is a federal government agency that was established by the virtue of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act, which came into effect on the 22nd of April, 2010. The NCDMB is empowered to supervise and administer the local content in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
