Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) has commenced Automated Gas System (AGS) DPR Permit online. This means, you can now commence any of the below DPR permits online through DPR Online portal.
The Automated Gas System (AGS) is now online. Licenses and Permits that can be applied for under AGS include:
- LPG Industrial Consumer(Storage and Sales)
- License(CAT A)
- LPG Depot License
- LPG Refilling plant
- LPG Retailer (CAT D)
- CNG Compressed Station License
- CNG Refuelling Station License
- CNG Industrial(Downloading) License
Applicants are advised to visit the ELPS portal to apply electronically by following the steps below:
Step 1: Visit https://elps.dpr.gov.ng or DPR website (https://www.dpr.gov.ng);
Step 2: Click on Register and create your company account;
Step 3: Complete your company profile;
Step 4: Choose the License you want to apply;
Step 5: Pay required Fees for Application online or through Bank Branches on Remita;
Step 6: Upload required documents in pdf or Image file formats;
Step 7: Review and submit your application.
Note: You do not need to Register if Company Profile already exist on ELPS-OGISP.
