The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Vendor Registration is a process through which local and international companies can register and be approved as vendors of the NNPC. This process requires the submission of a completed vendor registration form along supporting documents such as audited financial statements, tax clearance certificates and other relevant documents. Once approved the vendor can then submit quotation for the supply of goods and services to the NNPC.

This registration is open to any company or any individual wishing to do business with the Nigerian National petroleum company in order to be eligible to bid for contracts or supply goods and services to the NNPC.

PURPOSE OF NNPC REGISTERATION

The purpose of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) vendor registration is to ensure that all vendors, contractors, service providers who are interested in doing business with the NNPC have the necessary qualifications and abilities to deliver the goods and services required. It is also intended to ensure that NNPC procures goods and services in a transparent and accountable manner.

 

NNPC RETAIL REGISTERATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Form CO2 – Allotment of shares.
  • Form CO7- List of Directors.
  • Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) Certificate (not less than N25,000 and valid)
  • 3 years current Company Tax Clearance Certificate.
  • VAT Certificate.
  • PENCOM Certificate (where applicable)
  • Reference letter from your bank
  • Current ITF Registration certificate

 

HOW TO FILL OUT NNPC VENDOR REGISTRATION:

  1. Visit the official website of NNPC and navigate to the vendor registration page.
  2. Read and understand the instructions and requirements mentioned on the registration page.
  3. Fill out the online registration form with accurate and complete information.
  4. Provide the necessary documentation and supporting documents as specified by NNPC.
  5. Double-check all the information filled in the registration form for any errors or omissions.
  6. Submit the completed registration form and documents through the designated online portal.
  7. Wait for the confirmation and acknowledgment of your registration from NNPC.
