NipeX database uses a coding structure that allows purchasers to assess information about their actual and prospective suppliers.

The coding structure is designed to cover all products and services used within the industry, and uses keywords to standardise the way suppliers register.

NipeX Product Code Addition is a process of adding more or a new service to your existing services in the NipeX electronic contracting platform.

Note: To add additional products/services to your existing services in NipeX electronic contracting platform attracts $2000 or N600,000  charge if approved. On your initial registration, you are free to add any number of products but a maximum of 50 product codes.

It is advisable to add the right codes while registering in the first instance.

ADDITION OF PRODUCT CODE PROCEDURES:

For “addition of new NJQS product/service”, write to GM, NipeX with your company’s letter-headed paper enumerating the product(s)/service(s) you want to add which should not be more than five (5).

You are required to attach the following documents to your letter and send to NipeX.

– RELEVANT DPR PERMIT. This should cover the new product you want to add.
– CAC CERTIFICATE
– LIST OF EQUIPMENT
– JOB HISTORY OF SELECTED CODE
– MEMORANDUM & ARTICLE OF ASSOCIATION (MEMAT)
– MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)
