NipeX Vendor Registration Uniqueness

NipeX Vendor Registration is ONE vendor registration in Nigeria with almost all the big Oil and Gas companies that will enable you to become a vendor to bid for jobs/ contracts from big companies operating in the Nigeria. NipeX Registration Steps & Requirements

As A New Vendor to NiPex Registration, these are as follows:

a. Business/ Company Registration with CAC

b. TIN and VAT Certificate
c. Company Tax Clearance Certificate
d. Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
e. Permit(s) from NUPRC
f. Nigerian Local Content Board (NOGIC JQS) Certificate
g. PENCOM Certificate (where applicable)
h. Bank Reference letter from your bank
i. Current ITF Registration certificate
j. Make payment of N30,000.

After submitting your documents via online and NipeX verifies your documents and approve them, this will lead to NipeX questionnaire and after, Desktop Audit which is fifth (5th) stage of the registration and finally, Physical / Onsite Audit in your company’s office and Workshop/ Yard where need be.

After the physical/ onsite audit, there could be gap(s)/ non-compliance that may arise from the audit and attempt should be made to close-out the non-compliance. Where there is no gap(s)/ non-compliance to close out, NipeX will write a report and you will be Pre-Qualify to bid in  NipeX portal.

Note: The maximum audit close-out report period is 90 days.

NipeX Product Codes Addition

NipeX Product codes addition is a method by which an old vendor used to improve her Product codes on NipeX platform. A company that want to update her product codes on NipeX must have all the compliances required for the codes. In some cases, some codes will require the company to produce her corporate COREN certificate, NIMASA Registration, NAFDAC certificates, etc before the NipeX Product codes addition process will be completed.

However, apart from meeting the required statutory documents/ compliances, in some cases, the NipeX Product codes addition process will require onsite audit to complete the process.
